Depending on who you talk to (my friends or an impartial observer), I am either an "aspiring" or a "wannabe" artist. I'm armed with a powerful digital camera (that I kind of understand) and an equally powerful computer with photoshop (which I also kind of understand), plus a desire to learn. By day I work at a company that sells trade show displays, which is how I pay the bills and hence my screen name, and is also the location of previously said powerful computer. I've been responsible for creating several designs for some of our trade show displays, which then got me interested in what one can do with photoshop (make my pictures better!). Anyway, I found this site and love it. I hope to learn something from being here, and to post some of my own designs. If nothing else there is some amazingly cool art here, which is fantastic for surfing through during the late afternoon hours - and I can tell my boss I'm looking for images to use on whatever trade show display design project I'm currently working on.
